Thompson Tree and Crane Services is owned and operated by Morgan Thompson, an Ithaca native with a passion for trees—and for working in them.

Morgan is always seeking new ways to improve efficiency and safety through the use of state-of-the-art equipment. He is committed to providing customers with professional, reliable service.

When he’s not in the trees, Morgan runs Thompson Tree Tools, designing and manufacturing cutting-edge climbing tools used by arborists around the world.

With a machinist’s eye for precision and detail—and a deep love of trees—Morgan leads the Thompson Tree and Crane team in delivering the highest quality tree service available.
